🔄 How do I exchange for a different size?

If your order doesn’t fit even though you picked the correct size from our size chart, you can exchange it by following these steps:

  • You have 30 days from receiving your item to request an exchange.

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed (trying it on is okay).

Please Note:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and any associated fees (e.g. import tax, restocking fee).

  • Exchanges are free of charge only if it's our error (e.g. wrong item sent).

  • Contact support@xmartial.com with your location for the nearest return warehouse address.

  • All exchanges are handled case-by-case. Our support team may request photos and ask a few questions to proceed.


💸 How do I return for a refund?

  • Returns for refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

❌ I received the wrong size or a defective item.

📦 How much is shipping?

  • Flat rate: $5.00 - $9.00 USD on all orders of apparel items. Large Items, training equipment, may incur additional shipping fees depending on location and size of the item.

  • Bulk orders may have adjusted shipping fees.

  • Free shipping promos are occasionally available.


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Some locations might be out of reach, you will be notified that shipping to your destination is not available.


🔎 How do I track my package?

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking info.


⏱ How long does shipping take?

  • USA orders typically arrive in 1–3 weeks after shipment.

  • Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or supply chain disruptions that are out of our control, we are not responsible for third-party delays.


📦 I ordered multiple items but only received one.

No worries — items may be shipped separately. The rest of your order is on the way.


❗ LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

  • XMartial is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure your delivery address is correct before placing the order.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, it may have been stolen or misplaced. Consider:

    • Using a secure location

    • Adding a reachable phone number

    • Having someone available at delivery time

  • If your package is returned to sender due to missed pickup, you'll be responsible for reshipment costs.


🔒 SHIPPING INSURANCE FAQ

We offer $2 optional shipping insurance to protect against unexpected issues.

✅ What does shipping insurance cover?

  • Packages lost by the carrier and confirmed undelivered.

  • Shipments stuck in transit or customs.

  • Packages ceased/destroyed by customs (with documentation).

❌ What’s not covered?

  • Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • Claims made after confirmed delivery.

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses if the address provided was wrong.

🔁 What happens if my package is lost?

  • If confirmed lost or stuck by the carrier, we’ll reship your order.

  • Refunds are not applicable in these cases.

💰 What if my package was marked delivered but I didn’t get it?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace items if delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

  • We recommend providing a secure delivery location.

We do not offer cancellations or full refunds for delays once your order has shipped.

      • If a package is returned due to unpaid customs, you are responsible for:

        • Reshipment costs

      • If the package is destroyed by customs due to unpaid taxes, no refund or replacement will be issued.
